Discovery Call and Questionnaire
We begin with a complimentary discovery call to learn about your home, goals, and lifestyle. If we both feel like a good fit, we will book your consultation next. From there, a detailed design questionnaire helps us uncover the nuances that will shape your personalized design journey.
2. Consultation and Proposal
We meet for an in-depth design consultation to walk through your space or initial blueprint, discuss ideas, and identify your needs. The consultation fee is $425 and includes a follow-up with a custom proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment.
3. Concept Design
This is where vision takes form. We present schematic floor plans, a preliminary investment outline, and initial concepts for the overall home and individual spaces — from finishes to furnishings — so you can see the big picture clearly.
4. Design Development
Every detail comes together — from tile patterns and cabinet profiles to light fixtures and bespoke furnishings. We source, specify, and document every element in a comprehensive project binder, culminating in a full design presentation day.
5. Implementation
We manage construction coordination, procurement, and timelines — so you don’t have to. Our team oversees ordering, tracking, and delivery, ensuring that every element is executed to the highest standard.
6. The Install and Project Wrap
Once everything is ready, we install, style, and bring your home to life. We walk through the space together, address final details, and leave you with a beautifully finished home — designed to support your family, beautifully.
